1. Explain your experience working on a team and executing your ideas for the mural.
My team and i were very producitve and we got a lot of work done and i think our project was very good. We interacted with it very well and many people thought ours looked good. We all came up with many great ideas but we all agreed to make this one b/c you couled interact with it more well.
2. Explain the importance of collaboration when working on a team.
we each got to come up what we wanted to do. I did most of the grass and rubbed the chalke in the bricks. other members drew the clouds and the rainbow.
3.  How successful was this project? Explain how and why.

4. Explain how you feel about creating artwork that others can interact with. Ex. Invoving the whole school?

Describe your overall thoughts on the final piece.
I dont think this was the best project ive done. I had a little trouble with understanding what do.
i dont think i did a very good job with this because i messed up on a lot of things.

How successful do you feel this piece is and why?
I dont feel like i was very successful because i messed up to many times and made things to dark or
somethings didnt stand out as well as other peices on the game board.

What worked about this project? What didn’t work?
I think i drew it very well to start off with but then started to go down hill from there. Some
things that worked were that i drew the game board very well and i made a few things stand out. The stuff
that i didn't work out were that i made the acrylic paint dont dark on the game board. I also put to much water on my
brush to begin with. I also think that i didn't make some important stuff stand out.

If you were to do this project over again, what changes would you consider making?
Some thngs i would do over again would be i wouldnt make my brush be all soak and wet so
that it wont look soaked on the paper when i put the colors on. Another thing that i would do is
make the most important things on the board stand out than the least important things.

What was the most difficult part about completing this piece and why?
The most difficult thing about this project was the coloring. I think this was

the hardest because i was very confused about where to add the color and where
not to add the color.

What did you learn from this piece?
I learned many things from this project, i learned that
its not easy to rush art. It takes many hours of hard work. I will
think about that next time.

1. Explain the process you went through to develop your drawing.

i first had to outline the parts where is showed the darkness, i then colored the back sheet all with my pencil. after that i went back over the drawing and colored over it and then i put value in it. It then turned out very well.
2. Explain how you found the different values in the portrait?

I looked at the face in many different ways and had to find the darkest spots. When I found the darkest spots i colored the side where the sun is shining the least and colored that dark. When i finshed that i lightly colored the place where the sun is shining the most.

3.  Did you achieve a full range of the different values within your portrait?  How?

yes, i colored the darkest spot really dark and i added value to everything even the lightest spot. I also made sure that the shirt had alot of value to it. I made sure every little detail was perfect.
4. Describe your craftsmanship.  Is the artwork executed and crafted neatly?

i think it went great. I tried my very best to make sure the values were good. I think i messed up the smile to.

5. List any obstacles you had to overcome and how you dealt with them.

i dont think i had any obstacles. i mean it wasnt the best artwork but i think i did pretty good.
